with the vice president. one issue that came cross with president obama is since the health care roll out is bungled, there is this issue of trust. a new cnn poll when asked if you trust the president, 46% agreed and 53% disagreed. how much of a drag will president obama be on your prospects to reclaim the house and do you want him front and center on stage with candidates in swing districts? >> i don't think he is going to be a drag at all and honestly, we want the focus to focus on the affordable care act and when it works well and works better, our prospects are enhanced and the president's in that is a very strong one. it helps us. you have got two philosophies here. the democratic philosophy that recognizes that the roll out was a disaster. we have to be focussed on getting it right and most americans in the battle ground districts agree. they would rather get it right than repeal it. you have the republican philosophy that is obsessed with ambushing and sabotaging and repealing it. they are talking about going back to the days where a woman with breast cancer is told by her insuranc

and will remain so. with americans disenchanted by obama care and a bad economy, it would seem the republicans would have some momentum, but they don't. because there is not one clear message. and even on philosophy, political philosophy, the party is deeply divided. it will take a leader like ronald reagan to help heal that breach. now, if you look at the situation nationwide, it's clear the democrats are going to campaign largely in poor and working class precincts. today fast food workers across the country demonstrated for a $15 an hour wage. that has been endorsed by president obama and most every other democrat. the so-called living wage issue will be a democratic hallmark next year. of course, if you give fast food workers a minimum of 15 bucks an hour, fast food prices go up for everybody. so, americans will pay more. that is a primary consideration in the debate. talking points believes the republican party must drop ideology almost entirely and concentrate on the economy and putting forth a healthcare plan that makes sense. everything else really doesn't matter. it's all about wages,

on president obama's efforts to overhaul the nation's health care system. the public policy institute of california found just 44 percent of voters are in favor of the president's affordable care act. while the same percentage don't approve of the law. this is despite two thirds of uninsured residents who say they plan on getting coverage by next year now that its more available to them. at the same time, mr. obama's job approval rating has taken a hit, with 51 percent of californians approving. that matches a record low from two years ago and is down 10 points from last summer. and a shocking discovery as other wells have to euthanize to because of the poor condition they were found in print now wildlife officials are just trying to save the rest. >>: they're all for release to me now. >>: the area is pretty remote. officials say it is peppered with sand bars in san flexi-van at high tide as they try to nudge the whales to see many turned and came back. >>: we tried this technique called hurting and it's trying to get the votes around them and nudge them out by sound or by moving the
